John is a great guy, wonderful and accommodating. However, I had an ongoing issue for a year and a half that couldn’t be fixed in my 2024 lyric. I still have another issue where the screen intermittently goes black and/or pixelates leaving me unable to see speeds or anything. This is extremely dangerous when driving to work on the parkway. I have ask for Cadillac to do a repurchase and swap my car for a new lyric same vehicle. The district manager, to date , has not responded. The EVconcerige has tried to assist me but has been unsuccessful in reaching and receiving an answer from the manager in charge. I paid $73k cash for this car and it has been in the shop more than a total of 8 months in and out for service. I think it’s a shame that a loyal customer is treated this way. I was going to just repurchase the same vehicle at the same dealership, but not anymore. I do love the lyric when it is working properly. I don’t blame the service staff, they didn’t originally build this car, but the management should work diligently to replace this vehicle. I had way too many issues wrong with this particular vehicle. More
