A complete pleasure. Our dilemma was simple. We wanted the new SRX but didn't want to have to deal with the whole "car buying sales thing". We visited several dealerships Our dilemma was simple. We held our tounges as we were lied to, smiled as we received terrible service, gritted our teeth as we had to make a second and third and fourth "follow up call". We figured we would have to choose to purchase our vehicle from the "least terrible". The last dealership we visited was Paul Conte. We figured we would get the same "run around" as with the other dealers. Boy were we wrong! Our salesman was Chris Abbatiello. From the first meeting we felt comfortable. He was nice, extraordinarily polite and very likeable. Not a hint of "car salesman sleeze"; he gave it to us straight, was honest throughout the transaction, worked TIRELESSLY to get us exactly what we wanted at the absolute best price. Every phone call we made was answered. Every message we left was returned. Every promise he made was kept. We never felt like we were a bother to him and we were always treated with respect. The staff was very couteous and helpful, Tom took my information and showed me to a very comfortable waiting area where there were coffee and bagels available, large screen T.V.s and internet. In a little over one hour, Tom came to the waiting area to tell me that my car was ready, Over all, it was a great experience, and when my lease is up, I will return to Paul Conte Cadillac. More

Made appointment on a holiday (MLK Day) Drove right in and was interviewed by Tom. Wanted brakes inspected. This was done in a timely fashion while i waited in a comfortable custioned chair, having coffe and was interviewed by Tom. Wanted brakes inspected. After about an hour or so I was happy to find out my brakes were in excellent condition. Tom informed me that they also changed the oil, rotated the tires and fixed a small leak in the coolent system! All for no charge! Comfort, timely, friendly service and exta care in making sure everything is in excellent working condition in the vehicle. What more could anyone ask for? I will be with cadillac for a long long time! More
