The staff at Paul Cerame Ford did a great job helping me and my family with our purchase of a new Ford truck. Pride and professionalism with a sense of "family" would best describe all of the staff I encountered at Paul Cerame Ford, and our sales associate Vicky Woodson-Wallace was very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. When the car we wanted was not available, we talked to Doug about ordering exactly what we wanted in a 2014 model. Doug made our experience of buying a car, a task we were dreading from past experiences at different dealerships, a very pleasant and easy experience. I have given this dealership the scores listed because of its excellent service from beginning to end. I completed a survey online Sunday night. By the time I checked my email on Monday morning, Justin had already sent a response - thanking me for showing interest in the dealership. He gave me his contact information and when I called, he asked a few questions, told me that he'd have his sales manager process my application, and call me as soon as he had some information. Less than 2 hours later, he'd called back with the news that I could get financed and that he's found a few vehicles he thought I'd be interested in. He asked how soon I could meet him at the dealership to look at the vehicles, and we agreed to meet within the hour. When I arrived at the dealership, he extended a very professional greeting, asked if I needed anything, showed me the vehicles, answered all of my questions, and helped me complete the necessary paperwork once I'd selected a vehicle. Afterward, he introduced me to Trisha, who explained the financing terms and got everything wrapped up in a friendly, professional manner. The both gave me business cards and told me that if I had any questions at any time, feel free to contact them. I would gladly recommend this dealership/these employees to anyone I know. As a customer service professional myself, I know the value of follow-through and customer satisfaction. I would be proud to have either of these two people on my team... and you should, too. More
the car had some dents on it, salesman said they would be able to fix them, and he did, but it took a week to do it after we finally were able to schedule their loaner car. It would've been much easier for them to keep the car and fix it before we took it home, perhaps they were just eager to make the sale. When I asked the salesman, before we purchased the car, about inspections and paperwork needed to license our new vehicle he assured me we had everything we needed, this was proved to be an in accurate statement. After waiting an hour at the license office, I find that the 2013 edge had in fact not been inspected nor did it have the "IDOD" paperwork needed as the title was from out of state. When I called and asked our salesman about all of this he said that the paperwork should be in the glove compartment. It wasn't. So now I have a new vehicle that isn't inspected by a certified mechanic. I asked the salesman about this and he says that since it has been less than 60 days we can do a re-inspection. I felt that was the very least they could do considering the time I've already wasted trying to get this done. Next is scheduling the service appointment. I asked the hours of their service department and they need to have the car by 3pm because they close at 4pm. This is a big hassle that we shouldn't have to go through because now were talking about having to take off work to take care of this stuff we were told was already done. This is the second vehicle we bought from Cerame Ford and it will be the last. So much for customer loyalty. What a headache!! More
