I had the most wonderful experience with Melissa, Doug and Trisha. i had just left another dealership, and I had my eye on another vehicle. Of course, I wanted to check out my options since it had been a while since I had bought a car. I had received mail from this location last year and had talked to Melissa in internet sales. She and I had discussed my options, and she knew I was interested in buying at the time. However, I decided to handle other obligations first and told her I would call her back. I recently got in touch with Melissa, and she told me that promotion was no longer available. She however directed me to Trisha to see what options there were regarding financing. When I met Trisha, Doug was in her office at the time. My daughter and I got the most refreshing and warm welcome from both of them. We immediately felt at ease with both of them to say the least. I already had a feeling of what I was looking for and Doug immediately rushed out to get some vehicles to show me. Meanwhile Trisha worked some numbers for me. My daughter and I chatted with Trisha and felt at ease discussing my financing. She pulled up several options based on what I was looking for. Poor Doug had to keep taking us back and forth to look at vehicles. We felt bad because some were on the Ford lot and others were on the Kia lot. He said don't worry about that I want you to be happy with your selection. After viewing several, we saw one that we had to have. However, I had to go to that other dealer just to make sure that I felt I was getting a good deal. After going back there, my daughter and I immediately decided that we wanted to come back to Cerame. The attitude, efficiency and warmth of Doug and Trisha were by far the best ever. Not to mention, the best deal was there. Thanks, Melissa, Doug and Trisha for making my experience the best ever, and for even explaining options for me down the road. I feel confident about the vehicle that I bought, not to mention that I love it, and any reasonable defects will be taken care of. Thanks again guys!
