We were promptly greeted at the door by Stan Blythe who kindly directed us to Doug Cleaver to assist us. We were treated very well and had a wonderful experience to the point that we needed to look no further than Paul Cerame Ford. Joe Ford assisted us with the financing and we purchased our truck and were on our way within a matter of a couple of hours. This was by far the most enjoyable experience that I have had purchasing a new vehicle anywhere and would definitely refer Paul Cerame Ford to family, friends and acquaintances. We came into the dealership pressed for time as our family mini van had recently been totaled. Between transporting two kids between swimming, ice hockey, softball, baseball, etc…., we still have a need for a vehicle with plenty of room for equipment and transporting multiple kids at one time. Time was of the essence as we needed to replace our mini van as quickly as possible. I contacted Chuck because I knew he would do everything possible to accommodate our family within in our price range, personal needs and the tight time constraints we we under. WE WEREN'T DISAPPOINTED! As usual, Cerame Ford offered a solid selection of used vehicles to choose from. Our only problem? It made it difficult to decide which vehicle to choose. Chuck gently guided us through the selection process by providing us all the important information about each vehicle we expressed an interest in. He was patient, informative and never once did we feel like we were being pressured toward one vehicle or another. He understood our situation and he was willing to do whatever it took to meet our financial and family vehicle needs. I'm happy to report that we decided on a 2013 Ford Flex and couldn't be more satisfied. Chuck bent over backwards to make our selection and purchase as easy as possible. I bought a car two years ago assisted by Doug Clever. He had beenin the hospital with his daughter all night, so he referred me to Mike Supp. Mike found exactly the car I wanted. Mike took my car to be detailed while I completed the paperwork with Bob Tierney who explained everthing carefully. When I finished the paperwork we paged Mike. He came in a few minutes because he had been helping detail the car so it would be ready on time. What a great team! More

The purpose of my visit was service for my mercury mountaineer. After waiting 5 hours to find out what was actually wrong with my vehicle we began to look around the showroom.
