Our experience with Vicky, Bob and everyone there has been nothing but pleaseant and excellent. Vicky is a superb sales lady. She and and my husband have a direct understanding of how things should be done. She has worked her hardest for us and we have had excellent results. Bob Tierney has assisted with the financial aspects of our last 3 cars. He has excellent knowledge and advises to his best ability. All of our maintenance is also done at Paul Cerame Ford. Scott and Joe always call us by name and proceed with our precise need. We feel like Paul Cerame Ford is part of our family. Great Job! More

My experience at Paul Cerame I have been to many different dealership's in my lifetime to purchase a car. I consider myself a creature of habit meaning, if I am treated fairly & w I have been to many different dealership's in my lifetime to purchase a car. I consider myself a creature of habit meaning, if I am treated fairly & with respect I will be a repeat customer. I have to say that my experience with Paul Cerame & the quality of treatment there was enough to make me want to return again & again. I am very pleased with the way the salesman was upfront & honest with me from the beginning. He did not try to push anything on me or put me in a car that I did not like or want. I have been a victim of the bait & switch routine before & I Do Not Like or Appreciate that. I did not get that when I came here & the car that I called about, liked, & looked at was the car that I purchased. When I am respected am treated as a loyal customer I will become a loyal customer. I wish that more dealership's had salesman like the one that I had the pleasure of working with. I believe that if there was more salesman like who I worked with maybe people would not have such a dislike & distrust of car salesmen. I would like to thank you for the way I was treated. I know two things that will happen as long as you have salesmen like mine, I will be back when I look to purchase my next car & I will tell people about my experience & try to encourage them to look here when purchasing a car.
