Bob Tierney (finance) was pleasant and efficient. Exactly what you want when you've decided on a car and are ready to leave with it. Finally, Mike Kufskie (used cars - trade-ins) when above and beyond, along with Doug to locate and return my daughter's softball gear. I emptied my car while she was at practice knowing I was trading it in later that week. After practice, she threw it in the trunk and when I traded it in, in my mind I had already emptied the car so I didn't check the trunk. The car had already gone to a wholesaler and they called and tracked it down, got the equipment back and returned it to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH! It was no doubt that I was going to Paul Cerame Ford to buy my car. I was set up with the salesperson, Chuck Lawless - he was exceptional and found us exactly what we were looking for in our price range (2013 Ford Edge). We even did the first portion of paperwork on Saturday with our 4 year old there running around so we could come back on Monday and complete the rest of the financial paperwork (allowing us to drive the vehicle until we bought it!). Both times we were in and out in less than 2 hours. Chuck provided phenomenal customer service as well as the Finance Guy - Bob Tierney and of course Bob Cerame! Thanks so everyone involved in our process!!! We will be buying our next vehicle from them as well as referring everyone we know to this dealership! More

Best car-buying experience I've ever had My 2010 Chevy Malibu broke down out of no where and I still owed over 7k on it. I met with Chuck Lawless and he was able to put me in a 2013 Ford Fusi My 2010 Chevy Malibu broke down out of no where and I still owed over 7k on it. I met with Chuck Lawless and he was able to put me in a 2013 Ford Fusion for a very reasonable price. I met with him initially on a Friday afternoon and he asked for another day to shop around for a vehicle for me. Because I was without a car, he put me in a loaner vecicle for the night. I came back the next morning and test drove the Fusion and an Optima. I was immediately sold on the Fusion. I wasn't at the dealership for more than 2 hours and the whole process was very seamless. Working with Chuck was great, as well as Bob Tierney, the Finance Manager, who was able to work out a great rate with me. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're car shopping. More
