So happy I bought my new Outback with Patriot Subaru! I am a first time Subaru owner, and I was so nervous about buying a new car after having owned my last car for 13 years. But my experience with Patriot Subaru eased any concerns I had. The team had the whole process completed in one afternoon, and they worked right up until closing on a Sunday evening to make sure we did everything I needed to pick up the car the next day. My sales rep, Paul Jr., was so incredibly friendly right off the bat. He took the time to really assess what I was looking for in a model, and met what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy like other auto salespersons I had encountered before, and took me seriously. I had visited 1 previous Subaru dealership prior to Patriot Subaru, and Paul Jr's customer service blew the other Subaru dealership out of the water. Also, the dealership's lifetime powertrain warranty can't be beat! I'm recommending Patriot Subaru to all of my friends and family who are looking for cars in the future! More

Maceo couldn't have been more approachable or nicer to deal with. After listening to what our shopping parameters were he chose a vehicle to show us and that was the car we bought. Max at finance was also very nice and easy to deal with. No one enjoys talking about finance rates, loans, approvals, or monthly payments but Max explained thoroughly what our options were and we signed all of the paperwork accordingly. We would highly recommend Patriot Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. The experience was very positive and without a doubt will visit them again in the future should we be in the market for another car. More

Consumer Reports proclaimed the Subaru Forester a great choice. I used their car search along with Edmunds and KBB to learn what a fair price would be. The Patriot Subaru offer was as good as any other offers and after visiting the dealership I felt they were good folks to work with. There valuation of my Pilot was too low and that was negotiated. I wasn't pressured into buying any extended warranties or options. My car, which had to be ordered because of the specific color I wanted, arrived with two options I had not ordered. This was resolved quickly and fairly by the dealer. They also installed an option that I had wanted and that was done satisfactorily. The dealership has made me feel appreciated. More

Sun shines at Patiot Subaru! I have never had a more pleasant experience purchasing a car than I did purchasing our first Subaru. I was greeted at the door by NAME, yup, and taken I have never had a more pleasant experience purchasing a car than I did purchasing our first Subaru. I was greeted at the door by NAME, yup, and taken care of as if I was the only customer in the the dealership, which incidentally was packed! My husband test drove the crosstrek in the afternoon, and when I arrived later in the day, Leo met me outside with a bright smile and a friendly handshake. Before I new it our salesman Sean escorted me into a climate controlled garage to go over the vehicles EVERY detail. Now typically I rely on my husbands knowledge of the cars we purchase, because quite often salesmen know very little about the car. But Sean was thorough and anticipated my questions before I could ask. Before our trade was evaluated Sean showed us an Outback in the showroom... Well, we love the look of the Crosstrek, but fell head over heels with the additional features of the Outback! So it was the Outback We drove home in. I've had cara from Chevrolet to Lincoln and I have NEVER been able to afford so many amazing options! If you don't own a Subaru right now, you should! Safety and comfort abound, we LOVE it!!!
