Not your typical car-buying experience I had narrowed my choices down for my purchase between 2 Subaru models and some other brands. When I arrived on the lot to test drive the Forester an I had narrowed my choices down for my purchase between 2 Subaru models and some other brands. When I arrived on the lot to test drive the Forester and the Cross Trek, I let the salesman (Maceo) know this upfront and that I wouldn't be purchasing that day as I still needed to test drive the other brands. This did not stop Maceo from giving me 100%. His knowledge of each vehicle was quite comprehensive and his passion for the cars he was selling definitely shined through. After few days (and a few test drives of other vehicles) later, I returned to purchase a 2016 Forester. Even with some scheduling confusion which left Maceo working with another client while I was waiting, the purchasing process went smoothly as Mike Brooks stepped in to double up on the sales and finance end. I have bought many cars over the years, but I have never felt as comfortable as I did at Patriot Subaru. The upfront pricing eliminated the haggling process and the fact the sales team is not paid solely on the volume of cars they sell left zero pressure on me the entire time. If you're looking to buy a Subaru, I highly recommend Patriot Subaru!! More

On a whim I stopped by Patriot Subaru of North Attleboro. What a stroke of luck !!! We were greeted instantly by Maceo Johnson, a very knowledgable and professional salesperson. Within a few hours of looking and learning about the car and a test drive we selected a 2016 Forrester. A few days latter we worked with Max Meritil, your finance guru. Max was clear and easy to understand and walked is thru the financing. Max was patient and very professional. Finally we worked with Caitlin Francis....WOW !! She is a Subaru expert!!! Caitlin walked us thru the workings of our new car. Any and all questions we asked were answered correctly and confident. Originally I went because I'm sick of the Automile on Rt in Norwood, and the RI dealership is just too far. However, as soon as I walked in I felt the difference. More laid back, less pressure, and fixed new car prices. Betty was my salesperson, and she was great. She helped me find the right car for me. Leo, the sale manager, then gave me a fair deal on my trade I (Lexus IS 350C), and we had a deal I felt great about with little back and forth. Max, the after-sales person, did not push any snake oil on me, but rather spent his time focusing on getting me out of his office and into my new Forester 2.5i Premium. Two last things - Free unlimited drivetrain warranty and loaner car in the service area. How can you beat this place? More

Decided to give it a new dealer a try, and I am so glad. Had a fabulous experience at Patriot Subaru in North Attleboro, and it actually was enjoyable. This has to be the BEST experience that I've ever had in purchasing a car. Sales was knowledgeable, no pressure, straight forward, and FAIR pricing. Definitely will be sending any one who wants to buy a Subaru there and will let any one know that it was a super experience. More

The floor manager, Shawn Levesque(?) gave me a an acceptable value for my trade in and we were all set. We financed through the dealer at a competitive rate. The only complaint was that it took a long time to get the final paperwork prepared and signed. Next time I want a Subaru I will go to Patriot again. More

Best used car buying experience I went into Patriot Subaru with my boyfriend's Impreza to get an oil change for him. I left after a few hours because I met some of the staff at Patriot, including Elizabeth "Betty" Husted. Lucky for Betty, I volunteered to bring my boyfriend's car in because I wanted to start looking for a new used vehicle. Betty met with me, asked me some questions, and before I knew it, we were test driving a used 2012 Impreza that had everything my little Subaru heart desired. I did not purchase that day. I actually purchased about a month later. Within that month, Betty kept in touch in the most friendly, but professional way. When the time was finally right, I made another appointment, took the car for a spin, and that was that. The process was super easy, informative, and friendly. They are not like other car dealerships, which is what I had heard from others, and it rang true. Betty and staff were great and I definitely recommend ANYONE who wants to purchase a Subaru to Patriot. More
