As a woman who has had some truly awful car-buying experiences in the past, I was honestly dreading the process when my vehicle was stolen recently. But Jacob completely changed that. He was patient, respectful, and never once made me feel pressured to buy. Instead, he worked with me to find a vehicle and a price that fit within my budget, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through how everything in the vehicle worked, made sure my phone was connected, and followed up afterward to check that everything was still running smoothly. He also offered additional protection plans without being pushy — just giving me the information and letting me decide what felt right for me. This was by far the most comfortable and supportive car-buying experience I've ever had. I’m so grateful to Jacob and the whole team. Highly, highly recommend — especially if you’ve ever felt talked down to or pressured at other dealerships. This place is different, in the best way. I LOVE my new Subaru! More

Dave Flora reviewed additional warranties and delighted our dog with a snack. We’ve been using their service department since 2015. Service is quick and reasonably priced. This dealership honors warranties and its customers. When a seam separated on our drivers seat, it was cheerfully replaced. When damaged to some plastic windshield parts was caused by an out of state dealership, Patriot service replaced the parts free of charge! This commitment to excellence has earned this dealership many awards and our loyalty-thank you Patriot! More
