I was in and out in less than an hour. I arrived before 8 o’clock, the door was unlocked, and I went in, and Shawn immediately started helping me. I forgot my water cup when I left, I called and they had it and told me they would hold it for me till I get back to pick it up. I believe I talked to Javier for that conversation. The only thing I will comment about is the TV set up in the waiting room. I couldn’t figure out how to just get the today. Show on channel 5 or regular TV shows and I ended up watching the price is right channel which is at least 20 years old and I have no interest in. Luckily I brought a book to read. I guess maybe some simple instructions would be helpful but again that’s not a huge concern. So thank you. to Shawn, Javier, and there was another service employee with Sean when I first arrived, but I did not catch his name. He was also very nice. More
