Violated Fair Credit Reporting Act by sending my application to several banks which I did not authorize. Even though I came in with a pre-approval from my credit union, I authorized him to send it t application to several banks which I did not authorize. Even though I came in with a pre-approval from my credit union, I authorized him to send it to one bank and was told I was approved. 8 days later, they start sending my application to multiple lenders again. I did not authorize this and will contact the DMV and OK State Attorney’s Office More

I will never darken your doors again. I bought my Ram 1500 from you in 2018 and have been a loyal customer since. No more. The last repairs done on my truck took three weeks due to a c I bought my Ram 1500 from you in 2018 and have been a loyal customer since. No more. The last repairs done on my truck took three weeks due to a comedy of errors. However, the problem with your service department is that they do not communicate at all. Not once during that three weeks did they initiate communications with me to update me on status despite my calls and 4 separate visits I made to the dealership to determine the status of repairs. When I registered a complaint I was told "we're having trouble with our AI system". You need more human intelligence. I'll be going eslewhere for service in the future. More
