DISSATASFIED I purchased a 2018 XC90 in July of 2017, I love the vehicle not so much the dealership. Sold me a Bad Brand New Car...must read i bought the car from this dealership, which screwed me. After driving my XC60 T8 for about 2 miles, I got the checked engine lights on...I called the i bought the car from this dealership, which screwed me. After driving my XC60 T8 for about 2 miles, I got the checked engine lights on...I called the dealership but it was closed, since I was done with the paperwork at the last minute, it was Saturday. Now on Monday, I was given a 2017 c90 to drive back home because they had to check the car....I bought this car from TOLA, the African guy who is smooth talker but I am sure he knew about this problem. Now, today it's Wednesday and I still don't know what is going on with my car......beside they over charged me on finance too because according to the Volvo website the car has the following offer while I'm being charge over 3.5% with a 740 credit score, and I put $20k down.....this is the info on the Volvo local offer directly from the website. : 2018 Volvo XC60 2.49% APR Financing available up to 60 months and up to $1,000 in Allowances* 60 months at $18 per month per $1,000 financed *Purchase and Finance: $1,000 includes application of $1,000 Loyalty Bonus I never got the $1000 Loyality Bonus or anything like that I paid for the car $64900. Tola gave me two black keys, he told me it only came with one, and the red key, which was already included in the price. The 2nd key he said he just programed it, but it already had the tag on it, and he was trying to charge me $500 but later he said he gave me free.. TOLA IS A BIG LIAR. In summary, Mr Tola sold me a bad car, and at the same time, I was over charged on finance. Please be very careful with this dealership esp TOLA....when I called him on Monday, he told me so stop giving him headache and the car is in good hand....as if he was giving me a favor. WATCH OUT and never trust what they tell you....be very careful. PS the dealership is under construction so they are operating from the trailer. More

Exceptional Service I have been looking for a new Volvo for quite some time that had all the amenities I wanted at the right price. We live in Alabama and the southern de I have been looking for a new Volvo for quite some time that had all the amenities I wanted at the right price. We live in Alabama and the southern dealers did not have what we were looking for or were unwilling to provide a price that would work. Since we were traveling north to visit family I decided to see what the Chicago area had to offer and Patrick Volvo went above and beyond what I was expecting. I received immediate information on cars from Alia and then received a phone call from Justin. Justin was extremely helpful in finding me the car with exactly the specifications I was looking for and made me an offer that I could not walk away from. When we arrived to pick the car up, both Justin and Mike made us feel welcome and had all the paperwork ready. Cant remember her name, but T in the finance department was also extremely helpful while completing the final paperwork. They had a place for our kids to play while we finished everything up...Mike took me out to the car to ensure all was as discussed. After we left, both Mike and Justin called to ensure the car was working fine and we were enjoying it...the answer was a resounding yes. Love the car and would go back to the dealership to buy another when that time arises. Would recommend them to anyone no matter where they are. Worth the trip!!!! More
