Tola was great, showed us a couple of cars that we were interested in, test drove them both, no hard-sell, very friendly, worked on the pricing, explained service, professional and complete - even had one interested in, test drove them both, no hard-sell, very friendly, worked on the pricing, explained service, professional and complete - even had one small issue with the car repaired at no cost to us as dealer stands behind their cars. we bought a used Volvo c70 sight unseen via the internet and paid for it via wire transfer the day before we took delivery. once we arrived home, we took it to a local dealer and found all four rims were d and paid for it via wire transfer the day before we took delivery. once we arrived home, we took it to a local dealer and found all four rims were damaged. I asked the salesman, Mike Z to refer me to service and once again your service dept. determined all 4 rims were damaged, we got no resolution from Mr. Amadeo until I personally called on him @ his office. After a heated discussion, Amadeo offered half of the cost of re conditioning the four rims. We later dropped the vehicle off and per our agreement, service gave my wife a loaner after she waited for assistance for over two hours in your waiting room @ Patrick Volvo. I returned the loaner the next day and picked up our car after paying for half of the bill for repairing the 4 rims. I do not recommend buying on line especially a 6 year old car. otherwise, the car drives fine since the repair in early June 2010. I do not recommend Mr. Amadeo or Patrick Volvo to anyone. This is the 3rd Volvo bought from Mike Zyrkowski at Patrick Volvo. Each time we were very happy to have worked with Mike. The previous Volvos were 2003 XC70 and 2005 XC90. The most recent purchase was Patrick Volvo. Each time we were very happy to have worked with Mike. The previous Volvos were 2003 XC70 and 2005 XC90. The most recent purchase was once again an XC70 (2010). Service when necessary, previously has been very good and the loaner makes it almost painless. We now have a service from Patrick where they will pickup the vehicle for service. We have not used that yet. More

He answered all our questions very specifically and detailed while being personal and friendly. After test driving the car, we eventually purchaced the C30 cause we were not jerked around with back and forth pricing and more so and ultimately we purchased the vehicle simply cause we liked the person we were dealing with and the effortless experience. I feel utterly ripped off with my 30,000 maintenance service at Patrick Volvo, which was little more than a $350. oil change. The tires were supposed to be rotated, brake pads checked, brake lines insp service at Patrick Volvo, which was little more than a $350. oil change. The tires were supposed to be rotated, brake pads checked, brake lines inspected. The wheels never left the car, which was obvious because the balance weights were still on the same tires. Brakes and brake pads inspected? Ha! Unless this dealer can do it with the tires still on the car? Please tell your friends - there's obviously a reason their service bays are in another building - way out of view of the customer waiting area. More
