I had an appointment set up and they discussed the process to me real quick. We had went on a test drive and went over the ins and outs of the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was already priced well below Kelly blue book, so they wouldn't budge in the price (which was completely understandable). There ad been four or five people purchasing vehicles that day, so we had a waiting time for the credit approval of about a half hour. Which if you have been through the process of being approved at a dealership, then you would understand that this is not bad at all. Got approved with very low interest, and left the dealership knowing I had possession of a fantastic vehicle that I knew everything about. Highly recommend chatting with these people and seeing if they have something in your interest. 6 months of car searching and dealerships with their corruptions and chaos's, came to an end with my visit to Patrick Volkswagen. More
Buyer Beware! the top guy in the suit was rude. chauvinistic even! I was looking at a 2017 Jetta, worked with a young man, can't remember his name. told them I couldn't pay more than $220 a month, I was assured that I would be able to afford it. we drive the car, get back and go over my options. they come back at $315 a month. I say no way, and then Mr. suit man walks over with his I'm the boss attitude, shows me a payment of $250 with $3000 down. xxx! then when I decline he tells me I need to be looking at a cheaper car like I was an idiot............WOW, NO $h1T GENIUS! This guy thinks because you're a woman he can pull the wool over your eyes, not me pal. I left, went up the road to colonial Volkswagen and was sold the same car I test drove at Patricks for $225 a month with nothing down. This place used to be great, not anymore! Just your typical gimmicky dealership now. More

David is passionate for cars, and seems to genuinely care about his day, realizing that what he is doing is uniting a buyer and a quite expensive machine, which to some is more than just A-B transportation. David kept in touch quickly via email, and in person dealt with the paperwork bureaucracy with diligence once at the dealership. More

Efficient and Personal I must say that I was given warning about working with Patrick VW. I decided that it would be worth while to visit and see for myself, and I am glad I must say that I was given warning about working with Patrick VW. I decided that it would be worth while to visit and see for myself, and I am glad that I did. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was impressed with the experiance. Julie approached me with the intent to help, not sell. She was appreciative of my time and gave me the items that I needed to make a decision. Every interaction was coordinated and did not waste my time. From the initial conversation through the evaluation of my trade all of the steps were pleasant. We were able to schedule the delivery so it worked with my schedule and everything was prepared exactly as discussed. It is refreshing to have a company that looks at my time as being as valuable as theirs. Of course the pricing and the other transaction items were good, and it helps to make the experience rewarding. I have had follow-up calls and messages to ensure that I am happy with my new purchase, and the organization seems to really care that I am satisfied with the dealership and the experience. I am happy to share that yes indeed, I am extremely happy with both. I will be back for my next purchase. More

I was soon (but not instantly) attended with zero pressure by a soft-spoken and friendly sales agent named Carlos. He was clear, concise, honest and very helpful. He was obviously enthusiastic about the vehicles but kept his comments to truthful personal opinions of his own (when asked) and straight answers even to my hardest questions. If he didn't know the answer to a question he walked into the office and got it. He retrieved the vehicle I had in mind and we took a test drive. He pointed out all of the most relevant features in real time. I liked the car and decided to see what kind of deal they could make me. The offer they came back with was solid and fair, with every detail laid out for me to easily review (including the CarFax report) and ask questions about. I heard no suspicious answers and nothing was sugar-coated. Of course, I would have liked my trade-in to have been assessed a little higher, but eh... Nothing unexpected. Then I was walked through the paperwork by a prim and sharp young man named Dan. He went over the up-sell service plans that were available to me. He weeded out those coverages that he felt I would not need since I had a good amount of coverage from the Certified Pre-Owned stamp and he came up with a short list of recommended coverages, which raised my monthly payment by $80, but also made a lot of sense and were obvious value-adds for the model I bought. With the aid of online banking services, live-call-center customer support from my insurance provider, and an in-house RMV terminal, I was able to transact everything but the inspection without spending a dollar out of pocket and drive my new car away. It was the most painless and honest car purchase I have ever made. In the coming months if there are any mechanical issues then we will see how their Service Dept is. They would be hard-pressed to match the level of quality provided by the Sales team. We shall see... More
