Not only was the car not clean upon arrival but I had to ask 3 different times to get them to clean the things I asked them to do prior to buying the car. Then they tried to say we didn't have it in writing so right there. Standard Manager. I wouldn't recomend going here due to the hassle Dan Garney provided me and the amount of run around logistic explanations he gave to me. Fun fact. They CAN issue gift cards to VW dealerships. However, they will tell you it takes 30days. They just want to see if you will remember or hassle them for the hundo. Do your self the favor. Skip this dealership unless it's the only place that has your car then RIP pay a better dealer for a transfer and deal with ANYONE else but this man and his yokels."
