Victoria was able to give me accurate pricing for the new car and an accurate trade-in value for my previous vehicle over the phone. When I went into the dealership the following day, Justin greeted me and helped me through the entire process. I feel that I got fair prices for both cars, they were understanding of my time given that I had my four month old with me, and I was invited back so Justin could go over any questions I had and show me key features on the car.
