When I recently moved to Worcester, I had to replace my car. After researching, I chose a VW Beetle at Patrick, went there, and was shown 4 different ones -- test drove each one of them. And during these pandemic days -- wow. Months of not using my car, and with health issues, I needed a tune-up and Alex sent two of his team to pick up and then return my car! And the job that was done -- I decided to leaved the car one more day to have the full service detailing for inside and out -- and this little "bug" is GLEAMING. Justin was also very patient and gracious with us during the vehicle delivery phase as he sat with us while we waited for Finance and as he sat with us in the vehicle showing us how to work equipment and features. Justin kept in touch on all key points to ensure that no one dropped the ball or missed key communications so that our purchase kept on track and moving forward. I was in the dealership within an hour and was serviced by Andrew Murray. He made the paperwork process simple, efficient, and FAST. Gone are the days of 8 hour car purchasing process. Andrew walked me through every inch of the car, taught me how to connect my phone and utilize all features in the car, and made the transition seamless. He also called me the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any questions that weren’t already addressed.
