Joe was very upfront about everything and was super helpful. This was the easiest negotiation I’ve experienced in 30 years. I went her because I scheduled a test drive as soon as I pulled in I was helped by Chadi. When we asked to speak with specific people he told us they no longer worked there even though we could clearly see pulled in I was helped by Chadi. When we asked to speak with specific people he told us they no longer worked there even though we could clearly see them in the lobby. We were not happy with the way he was treating us so we asked to work with someone else. Chadi took that personally and decided to rip up the registration for my current car and throw it in his trash. He then told management that he gave it back to us and I must have lost it. After being able to work with someone different management still would not compensate us in any way for their employees childish behavior but assured us that Chadi would be fired at the end of the day. The whole process took 7 hours. Fast forward 2 weeks, I went back to Patrick because I had issues with my car and Chadi is still employed here! So not only where we lied to by Chadi we were also lied to by management. I would not recommend coming here! This place is unprofessional and a circus like establishment!! More
