I said goodbye, he gave me a phone # to call if he could be of help and I called my wife. Two hours later we were back the the dealership and my wife proceeded to investigate the vehicle. Lenny worked with Sharon and she purchased the car that she liked. Lenny followed thru and was understanding when we did not want to pick up the car in the rain. He introduced me to the service manager, which has never been done before, called the house for a follow up, and made Sharon feel very comfortable with the car and the dealer.
