After reaching 200K on my 2004 Acura TSX I was looking for a heavier SUV. I looked at the Acura MDX, Toyota Venza and then the Volkswagon Touareg. I called ahead and Pawel had (3) Touareg models waiting for a heavier SUV. I looked at the Acura MDX, Toyota Venza and then the Volkswagon Touareg. This is my fourth Passat and the experience was again very positive. Pawel was most helpful and accommodating, working with Aaron to arrived at a payment plan that made the sale work. I was impressed with how rapidly they were able to secure the color and model that I wanted and how prompt they were in getting the vehicle prepared for me to take ownership. Because I was out of town for a week following the day I picked up the vehicle, it was imperative that I get the vehicle inspected. Because my licensed plate was damaged, they were unable to give me an inspection sticker. However, Pawel and Mike's efforts and concern were appreciated and we did succeed one day later. Since then, I've spoken to Pawel a couple of times about some follow-up issues and, as I expected from my previous experience with him, he was most solicitious. I truly feel that I have a great vehicle (one with xxxxx) and a wonderful support team at Patrick's. More

He gave me exactly the information I needed to make an informed decision. Josh, the sales manager was also excellent to work with. We had a difference on the price and they were very accommodating and together we were able to come to an agreement that was good for both of us. I had a great experience and would highly recommend talking with them. They are not your typical dealership.. I have walked into dealerships and walked out without a car because I hated the hard sell pressure and atmosphere. Patrick motors is a one of a kind dealership. More

Wrong oil and charges way to much for synth oil change. Left grease on door and seat. Left air filter off the car, didn't notice till we got home. I would not recommend this service center. I had shopped every single dealership within a 50 mile radius of Worcester before I finally purchased my car at Patrick, where David and Pawel really shone as salespeople. I was especially surprised at the fact that their attitude was just as helpful even after I signed the papers! I think these guys have got it down: they've prioritized their long term success by treating their customers well. Patrick also has excellent pricing: they don't use the dirty trick of hitting you with an overinflated asking price and fooling you into thinking your offer price is a good deal, like typical dealerships. They start right out with a price that you would have had to negotiate for at other places. I hope they expand, and I hope that their service department is just as good when the time comes. More
