I had shopped every single dealership within a 50 mile radius of Worcester before I finally purchased my car at Patrick, where David and Pawel really shone as salespeople. They were friendly, truly knowledgeable, and willing to give the customer as much time or distance as they need. At every step, they showed their commitment to being honest salespeople. I was especially surprised at the fact that their attitude was just as helpful even after I signed the papers! I think these guys have got it down: they've prioritized their long term success by treating their customers well. Patrick also has excellent pricing: they don't use the dirty trick of hitting you with an overinflated asking price and fooling you into thinking your offer price is a good deal, like typical dealerships. They start right out with a price that you would have had to negotiate for at other places. I hope they expand, and I hope that their service department is just as good when the time comes. More

I was looking for a red beetle convertible for my wife. I noticed a cream beetle in the showroom. I was approached by Lenny and I asked did he like the red or the cream. I have purchased many new vehicles and I then realized that knowing I was just looking for someone we continued a very pleasant conversation about volkswagons and other things of interest to us. I said goodbye, he gave me a phone # to call if he could be of help and I called my wife. Two hours later we were back the the dealership and my wife proceeded to investigate the vehicle. Lenny worked with Sharon and she purchased the car that she liked. Lenny followed thru and was understanding when we did not want to pick up the car in the rain. He introduced me to the service manager, which has never been done before, called the house for a follow up, and made Sharon feel very comfortable with the car and the dealer.
