I bought a used 2007 Honda Accord from this dealership. While I was not expecting a perfect car I was expecting an effort to make it close to new, within reason. What did I miss? Mismatched tires, a chipped front windshield and several small dents which I noticed after I got home with the car. The mismatched tires were taken care of after I complained. That was just too glaring of an error to be able to avoid correcting. The chipped windshield was greeted with "directions" to an auto glass repair place. And the dents weren't worth mentioning after the response I received about the glass. My point is simple, if you are going to buy a used car from Patrick go over it with a fine tooth comb. I believe that they will take care of all reasonable requests if those requests are made prior to the actual sale. They are not going to go out of their way to look closely at a car. The cost to them to remove the dents and fix the chipped windshield would have been less than $200. A better detailing job also would have removed many of the scratches that a closer inspection revealed. Again, only the one I pointed out (the most obvious one) was removed. My experience, several weeks before, buying another 2007 Accord from Bernardi Honda was more satisfying. At Bernard everything, within reason, was taken care of without any complaints. More

After reaching 200K on my 2004 Acura TSX I was looking for a heavier SUV. I looked at the Acura MDX, Toyota Venza and then the Volkswagon Touareg. I called ahead and Pawel had (3) Touareg models waiting for a heavier SUV. I looked at the Acura MDX, Toyota Venza and then the Volkswagon Touareg. This is my fourth Passat and the experience was again very positive. Pawel was most helpful and accommodating, working with Aaron to arrived at a payment plan that made the sale work. I was impressed with how rapidly they were able to secure the color and model that I wanted and how prompt they were in getting the vehicle prepared for me to take ownership. Because I was out of town for a week following the day I picked up the vehicle, it was imperative that I get the vehicle inspected. Because my licensed plate was damaged, they were unable to give me an inspection sticker. However, Pawel and Mike's efforts and concern were appreciated and we did succeed one day later. Since then, I've spoken to Pawel a couple of times about some follow-up issues and, as I expected from my previous experience with him, he was most solicitious. I truly feel that I have a great vehicle (one with xxxxx) and a wonderful support team at Patrick's. More

He told me everything about the car both positive and negative, although there wasn't much that was negative. Lenny didn't give me give me the hard sell. He gave me exactly the information I needed to make an informed decision. Josh, the sales manager was also excellent to work with. We had a difference on the price and they were very accommodating and together we were able to come to an agreement that was good for both of us. I had a great experience and would highly recommend talking with them. They are not your typical dealership.. I have walked into dealerships and walked out without a car because I hated the hard sell pressure and atmosphere. Patrick motors is a one of a kind dealership. More

Wrong oil and charges way to much for synth oil change. Left grease on door and seat. Left air filter off the car, didn't notice till we got home. I would not recommend this service center. I was introduced to Patrick Motors through truecar.com, an online site that quoted me a great price on a VW Jetta. One of the dealers was Patrick Motors. I went there because it was closest to me. I met Lenny and he made the process very very easy. I personally don't like to deal with "salesmen" and though that may be Lenny's title, he didn't give me the stereotypical hard sell. He gave me exactly the information I needed to make an informed decision. Josh, the sales manager was also excellent to work with. I had a great experience and would highly recommend talking with them if, like me, you have had bad experiences at other dealerships. More
