When I phoned the dealership for advice for a used car (they didn't have what I wanted) Matt Patrick went to work, he found me my dre Patrick Motors. Matt and his staff made this such an easy transaction, a deal that 2 days ago I didn't think possible from him. I actually had already put a deposit down on a very similar vehicle with less options at another reputable VW dealer earlier in the day and was driving home thinking I was done shopping. I have been in contact with Lisa so when I saw her ringing my phone, I answered to see what she had to say. When I gave her the news she brought to my attention that she had in inventory the exact car I was looking for. It did seem to be a bit more expensive due to the additional options the car had. I was skeptical on price negotiations. She was not pushy but did encourage me to come in and take a look at the car and see if they could help me anyway. She also said at least we will part as friends. Her positive attitude and charm helped me make the decision to take the ride down to hear dealership. I was greeted by Lisa and was introduced to Mike (Sales) and Joshua (Manager). Mike and Josh worked very hard and got pretty darn close to the car with less options. Even Matthew Patrick himself and stopped in to make sure I was being taken care of. Right down to the business manager Andy the team put in a 100% efford to get me out of there in the car that I wanted with the price I wanted to pay. I want to say thank you to every one of you and I would not hesitate to referr you any business in the future. More

My salesman Al was very courteous and genuinely cared about his customer (me). The car had to be ordered and Al kept me posted every day until delivery. Which I may add, was on time. The only minor annoyances about the buying experience was dealing with one of the service guys. He just did not seem like he wanted to be there. I know a few people out of work who would take his job. I specifically wanted to finance the car with VW credit to take advantage of the 0% financing. Mission accomplished. But my big complaint is why did the credit department apply for financing at 4 different banks when I explicitly stated I want VW credit. I keep receiving rejection letters in the mail telling me the loan is declined because I currently have another outstanding auto loan. No kidding! I am trading a car I still owed on. There was no need for this not to mention it is bringing down my otherwise very good credit score for which I worked hard all my life. More

When we left my husband and I agreed that we felt like we were part of the family not some random customer. The sales staff are very up to date on all the features and explain everything. We were truly amazed at the time spent with us. Also, the owners are always there, in fact they greeted us which really made us feel like it was more than just buying a car. Please take the time and drive out to meet the sales and service folks at Patrick Motors. You will be glad you did. And we saved money compared to all the other dealers. I bought a used 2007 Honda Accord from this dealership. While I was not expecting a perfect car I was expecting an effort to make it close to new, within reason. What did I miss? Mismatched tires, a chipped front windshield and several small dents which I noticed after I got home with the car. The mismatched tires were taken care of after I complained. That was just too glaring of an error to be able to avoid correcting. The chipped windshield was greeted with "directions" to an auto glass repair place. And the dents weren't worth mentioning after the response I received about the glass. My point is simple, if you are going to buy a used car from Patrick go over it with a fine tooth comb. I believe that they will take care of all reasonable requests if those requests are made prior to the actual sale. They are not going to go out of their way to look closely at a car. The cost to them to remove the dents and fix the chipped windshield would have been less than $200. A better detailing job also would have removed many of the scratches that a closer inspection revealed. Again, only the one I pointed out (the most obvious one) was removed. My experience, several weeks before, buying another 2007 Accord from Bernardi Honda was more satisfying. At Bernard everything, within reason, was taken care of without any complaints. More
