Sometimes it's not what happens at a dealer, but how the dealer responds to it. We drove 40 miles to purchase this certified used car and when we picked it up, one of the dealer's staff had scratched the f dealer responds to it. The dealer handled the situation perfectly - they gave us a free work order for the body work that day and then had the car taken to a body shop for the appropriately repairs. The car was delivered good as new. It wasn't the most seamless car purchase ever but in the end, everything worked out. More
