I must say that Patrick Motors in Auburn has been wonderful. During my purchase the salesman was very helpful and patient with me with my questions and during the test drive. When it was time to bring my car in for the check ups the customer service has gone pretty much above and beyond in assisting me. It is always clean which makes it comfortable to me. They have always been on time with the estimated time for completing their service. Buying a volkswagon was the best decision. Going to Patrick Motors in Auburn has made the whole experience AWESOME. Worst customer service I have every experienced. Will never call anyone back. Customers most consistently call in order to get an answers. Employees will also look to duck your calls and not do their jobs. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

It was such an easy process, I told Dan what I was looking for, and he was able to find me a Tiguan that gave me all of the options I needed while keeping me within my budget. After a horrible experience at a local Nissan dealer, Aaron Tringuk was able to see my desperation in getting me out of my old vehicle. He was able to show me figures, that I was more than satisfied with. In all my new vehicle purchases this was by far the easiest. I was finally able to leave a dealership feeling like I got a great deal, without the back, and forth I was put through from other dealers. May 2013 - We were sold a Volkswagen Certified 2010 Tiguan, vin number WVGBV7AXXAW514544. At the time of sale, we were given a CarFax report showing a clean vehicle. Started having problems immediate Tiguan, vin number WVGBV7AXXAW514544. At the time of sale, we were given a CarFax report showing a clean vehicle. Started having problems immediately. The bluetooth did not work properly and no one could hear us when talking. In three times to repair and still did not work after they replaced it. The passenger side rear door did not close properly and needed to be replaced. Never truly closed easily. Brought the vehicle in for a recall repair to replace a fuse. Replacement was supposed to take 30 minutes. After more than an hour, we were told that the fuse had caused a fire in the engine, the car would need to stay a few days, and major repairs were needed. Later, we were told that there was no fire and that they had no idea why the service department told us that. The last straw was when my wife was stranded by the side of the road because the car burned so much oil, the engine light came on and warned "Stop Car Immediately". We were told by the service department that the car had burned more than 40% of the oil, but that was normal and we should check the oil at EVERY GAS FILL UP! In discussions with the service manager and being rather upset by the circumstance, I was told that I should not be taking this personally. How can you not take it personally when you spend all that money on a car only to your wife stranded by the side of the road! All totaled, we had the car for 10 months and it was in the shop 10 times - have all the service receipts to prove it. Feb 2014 - We finally had enough and went to another dealership to trade it in. Before beginning negotiations, the salesman showed us an "Auto Check" report on the car. Apparently the car had been in an accident and received damage to all four sides. Infuriated, we went to Patrick where after a day and a half of wrangling, it was clear that we did not have a lot of options. Apparently CarFax claims no liability for any information they don't know about, so their buy back guarantee was useless. We had to listen to Patrick's sob story about how they did not know about the accident and that they were going to have to get rid of the car because it had no value (imagine, after everything we had been through with this vehicle in the 10 months we had it including some of the WORST customer service you can imagine, US having to listen to THEM complain about losing money!) Against our better judgment, we finally agreed to be swapped into a Volkswagen Certified 2011 Tiguan. Within one week of owning this "new" car, it was in to Patrick to replace the fuel pump because the vehicle would stall every time it was put into reverse. To top it all off and after listening to how they were going to take a loss on the 2010 Tiguan, we just noticed that Patrick has put the vehicle - vin number WVGBV7AXXAW514544 - back on their lot for sale as a Volkswagen Certified vehicle.. The only reason "Friendliness" is not rated as Very Bad is because there was a young girl who we dealt with who is one of their service techs who did everything she possibly could to accommodate us. I wish I could remember her name to give her credit. More

My wife and I went into Patrick Motors to test drive a Jetta TDI. Dan Heckman found the exact model we wanted to drive. He was very accommodating and friendly. I am more than satisfied with experience with Patrick VW of Auburn. The entire process of selling and purchasing a new vehicle was absolutely seamless and painless. David Haynes (my Sales Consultant) and Matt Patrick (the GM) both took great care of me and exhibited a great deal of professionalism through my time at the dealership. Any inquiry that I had was answered quickly, honestly and accurately. They instantly seemed to grasp exactly what I was looking for in my next vehicle; explaining the make/model, terms that best met my needs. I was also offered a more than fair price for my used Infiniti which completely relieved me from the stress of having to privately sell. After being at the dealership for a little over one hour, I confidently accepted their offer and decided on a new 2013 Passat-SE. I was never kept waiting or inconvenienced with having to make a separate appointment to complete the necessary paperwork. I was at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon and told that all other necessary transactions would completed as soon as all parties involved resumed normal business hours on Monday. By 9:30 a.m., David had called and informed me that everything was taken care of. David was very accommodating to my schedule so I was able to transfer vehicles that same night at a time most convenient to me. He spent quite a bit of time explaining the dealer’s services, assisting me with electronic set up, and going over my vehicle’s features. He has also followed up more than once to ensure I was satisfied with my new vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with Patrick Motors and I have and will continue to recommend them to all my family and friends. More
