This dealer makes a lot of transactions unfortunately at a large sense of deception. I knew exactly what I wanted for a car purchase and went the internet way to get an ePrice quote. Gina quoted me what I wanted to the dime and had the car in stock at a good price. I expected to square away a new deal with Gina lickety split! When coming into purchase a car I was transferred to the general sales department and had Anthony assigned to me as my salesman - big mistake! He takes me for a puny test drive around the block and vice grips pressures me to make a sale for evening for a car that was over optioned. He gives me some spiel that my car I was quoted for 2 hours earlier already sold on the lot. Later after purchasing the car, my parents (who were Patrick Hyundai customers themselves the past two years) look over my receipt and see that they charged me with a $400 VT Reg fee (vehicle etching) without even consulting me about it first. Buying a car on my own for the first time, I didn't even see them slip that in my contract. My parents thankfully got me a refund. This place is deceitful. I am really upset that I'll have to have some sort of relationship with them for the next 5 years under my maintenance warranty. I can't wait to sever any sort of business with them. Stay far away. Try Elgin Hyundai instead, they don't seem to be con artists over there. More

The only complaint about our experience was that you only had one finance person working and he was so busy we had to wait around until 11 pm to have our financing paperwork completed. We got to the dealersh had one finance person working and he was so busy we had to wait around until 11 pm to have our financing paperwork completed. We got to the dealership at 7pm, everything was done & ready to go by 8, and then we just sat around for 3 hours waiting. Rediculous! Hire another finance person! More

Just did not find the people friendly or attentive. Seemed to say the right words, but not with honesty. Attitudes were shown by most employees, and the attitudes were not positive. Dan made my first car buying experience very straight forward and pleasant. Things went smoothly and quickly. I visited to look at a used Hyundai. Tony greeted me and was very friendly and not overly aggressive which I appreciate. I camped out on his phone and he patiently waited for me and had me sign the paperwork. He then proceeded to go through the car and explain how to use the buttons etc...as if it were a new car. He obviously cared about my experience. He then called me first thing today to check on how I liked the car. Because it is a used vehicle I am coming back in to have a couple things touched up to make it look like new and he arranged the service visit for me so I didn't have to do anything but talk to him. I would recommend Tony to anyone buying a Hyundai. More
