Nice people Overall I am very happy with the buying process here. I'm a little frustrated that when I spoke with the sales gentleman in the evening he "asked the Overall I am very happy with the buying process here. I'm a little frustrated that when I spoke with the sales gentleman in the evening he "asked the manager" and said they could not budge at all on the price ($1500 over the high end of KBB value). The next afternoon the manager calls to say he will do whatever it takes to sell the van, including moving a little that I had asked the day before. Odd if he was indeed asked the previous evening. I had spent the morning in calling on other vans... would have been much simpler if you had just said that the previous day- and streamline my buying it. Other than that, it was an exceptionally smooth purchase, without outstanding people! More
