We purchased a new Silverado 1500 LT. The second day after the purchase, the battery failed and the vehicle would not start. I contacted service at 7:30am and spoke to Mark, he told me to bring the truck in immediately, he confirmed the bad battery, and install a new one. As part of our purchase, we ordered a Tonneau cover. While the battery was being changed the Tonneau cover was installed. It was scheduled to be installed the next day, saving me a trip back to the dealership. Overall, the experience has been excellent. I would recommend Pat O’Brien to others. More
