Great Salesman, very helpful and freindly along with finance I came into trade in my Ford lease a 2014 Escape , drove 2 Equinox cars, once the decision was made on which car to buy, everything fell into place. When I came to pick up car (we had to get insurance approval on a Saturday with Grange insurance so it took a couple of hour since they are not open on Saturdays) the car was not up to par....no mats were lifted to vacumn, , I vacumed later at home myself. Salesman is going to let them know. More
