Refreshing ! In the past, I often equated buying a "New" vehicle with having a tooth filled, so I did not do it often. Dealing with sales people were not well informed, that would say anything to make the sale, then bringing in the "Hammer", also known as the sales manager, to try and make the close. Tom Biddlecome was a breath of fresh air! Tom was always friendly and always diligent in finding what I needed. I like to research and ponder a major purchase and Tom gave me the time and the information in written form to help me make my decision, then followed up to see if I had further questions without ever making me feel rushed or pushed. The vehicle I purchased did not have all the options that I wanted but Tom and the repair department were able to bring everything together in 24 hours, even though one item was not in stock. My total experience was some place between wonderful and amazing! The facility, the people, and the product all have been far above my wildest expectations. I have already recommended Pat O'Brien Chevrolet and Tom Biddlecomb to several other car and truck shoppers and now my wife is looking too. More
