I was told by "Lou" that I would get the check for the sale of my vehicle to the dealership, when they "felt like it", after I had cleaned out my vehicle, signed all the necessary paperwork, and handed over the keys. I was then belittled for trying to keep open communication on the status of the sale of my vehicle. Lou then turned his back to me in total disrespect, to talk to another employee about something completely different. Horrible, Horrible customer service and someone to converse with. Erin, who initiated this deal/offer, is not attentive to her customers and passes the buck when she is unaware of what to do. She also made a scene when I was flat out lied to about turning in my vehicle and when I would receive the funds for doing so, and then tried to lie about what she had told me. I also called the dealership multiple times to speak to Erin and find out the status of receiving the funds for the sale of vehicle to the dealership and was passed to Erin's voicemail multiple times with no response from Erin. I then tried to have the receptionist page Erin, as I explained that it I was not getting a hold of her. In a extremely nasty tone, I was told "We dont do that here". Horrible customer service and would never do business with them ever again. More
