They would rip you off especially if you are a woman. Every time I take my car in for routine maintenance, they tell me something major has to be done. About two months ago, it was $1800. But today was the last straw. Dennis quoted me work that costs over $5000! And also said I need brand new tires! I bought the tires from them 2.5 years ago! I told him to just do the oil change because I don't believe them. They are just trying to make money off of me to pay their salaries. I pray they don't damage my car because my car runs GREAT. I will never use this dealership again. I am going to write their corporate office to let them know how suspect and dishonest this dealership is. Shame what people will do for money -- lie, cheat and steal from honest, hardworking consumers. Shame on you Passport!! Passport Nissan, Marlow Heights doesn't deserve your business and shouldn't be in business! More

Several locations of paint overspray were left, multiple dents were left, rubber door seals were mangled and not replaced and, tape seams for paint were visible to the eye and have begun peeling. Mud flap did not form to body, because body work was not formed to specifications and parts were reused that were stated to have been replaced in the detailed billing. More

Purchased new ones and reported this to them before the thirty days was up and they failed to reimburse. They only communicate by email and that is they want to. I would never recommend them. More

I researched it before I got to the dealership and it was just as expected. Pristine condition and only 9k miles. To top it off, my sales consultant Keenan Proctor was not only friendly but genuine and worked out an even lower price and better deal. There was push back on the price, of course, because that's the nature of the business; but using the car research I had, he worked with the dealership manager to come to a deal that they were willing to do and that I was extremely happy with. All in all, it was a great experience with a dealership for me amongst all the horror stories out there. More
Crooks and Criminals....STAY AWAY!!!!! I don't know where to start. I only gave one star because my sales guy was awesome. It sucks that he works for such a dishonest dealership. I won't I don't know where to start. I only gave one star because my sales guy was awesome. It sucks that he works for such a dishonest dealership. I won't even share his name. Long story short...I went in with my financing already secured. Told them EXACTLY what I wanted...they showed me a car 1k higher but told me they would work with me. They brought me numbers that showed them working with me. When I got back to the finance office those numbers had increased by almost 3000.00. Keep in mind I ALREADY had my financing source. They denied ever showing me lower numbers...we are smart consumers...we took a picture of the offer. We ended up walking away from the shady deal. Then we got home...they had run our credit for financing through 6 other lenders. Ummm don't you have that approval information with you? Then I called my financing source because the dealer had been sooo shady only to discover they sent over a price over 4000.00 more than we agreed. You've been warned! More

My dealer Ray Webb was extremely helpful, polite and very professional. Ray took an interest in the vehicle I wanted and he took an interest in me, he did not try to show me other cars or try to rip me off. He took time out of his day to show me good forums for the vehicle online and how to get new parts if I would like. In fact All of the dealers in the dealership are nice, pleasant and do not make buying a vehicle a hassle. Passport gave me the opportunity to have the vehicle put on the lift in the service bays to make sure everything was performing the way it should be. I have had three issues with the vehicle. CD player was not working, clutch cable is squeaky and a clacking noise in the rear end. Passport has stood behind the car and are repairing the issues for me. I will definitely be back to this dealership in the future for any vehicles I may need or want. This was the best experience I have had buying a car. If you need a car they have in stock, Ray Webb comes with my highest recommendation. Give him a call to make the buying experience easy and virtually stress less. More

We have had to drive back and forth several times to fix stupid careless mistakes that shouldn't have happened in the first place. They still owe us 2 checks in the mail that they say they sent out but they haven't. They lied to us with the same thing the last few times we bought from them. They promise that they sent out the checks and I bugged them and finally got a confirmation number showing they didn't send it out when they said they did. It was interesting to see how each employee was blaming each other for the administrative mistakes... If someone makes a mistake they should own up to it and have to pay for it... It sucks being given the run around constantly for the same stupid crap... Also, the whole car buying experience is way too long, on average anytime I visit here it usually takes 7-9 hours for some stupid stuff... It is a disaster to have to make multiple trips and waste my valuable time and money at this place... Horrible customer experience... More
I arrived, walked through the door, and it was as if I was invisible. No staff said good morning, welcome nothing. I sat there for one hour and then finally asked how much longer before I could test drive was invisible. No staff said good morning, welcome nothing. I sat there for one hour and then finally asked how much longer before I could test drive a car. Funny thing though they keep calling me at home almost harassing, then when you get there you get these cool blank looks. The guy who eventually helped me was nice enough. Over all I was very unimpressed. I took my business to another dealership where they know how to treat customers. Let's face it they are all full of it, but it's nicer to spend your money where people are nice. This is the second time I have tried to purchase a car from Passport Nissan over the years the first time was 13 years ago, I went in and I remember no one looked at me. I took my business else where. More
