We put 32,000 down and drove home, now the problems start, mind you as the paperwork states ALL vehicles are inspected and serviced, xxxxxxxx!!!! Lights start turning on in the vehicle that say it needs immediate service, we go to Porsche of Greenwich and they say the truck hasn’t been serviced in two years, I call Kevin the manager and he states that the dealer is a liar hahahahah ok… so I take the vehicle to Porsche of Larchmont and I don’t say anything and I allow them to service the vehicle, 1800 later the vehicle is serviced except it needs a new battery that cost 2000, again I call Kevin and he states the dealers are liars, People we are taking about Porsche really, so Kevin says I will get you a battery but you have to give me 900, at this point we are stuck, my wife goes to get the battery installed, they didn’t know why she was there when I have text messages showing they knew, she had to wait 3 hours for the new battery to be charged so they can install it, Now listen to this, the mechanic who supposedly serviced the vehicle had to talk to me and ask me where is the battery located!!!!! So that tells you they are full of xxxx, I wish I would have read the reviews of other customers that were screwed by theses people, the good thing is we have the means and an affidavit from Porsche stating that they never serviced the vehicle… stay away this place has already cost us 2700 which we will get back in court.. This dealer hid a crack in the windshield with a for sale sticker. Lied saying they knew nothing about it. Typically you get your NEW plates within a month after purchasing a car. The temporary plates expire about a month after you buy your car as well. That is suppose to be enough time to get your new plates, and if you still had a balance from your previous auto loan, the dealership will send out a payment to buy the loan and transfer the difference to the current auto loan that you get approved for. In my case, it is now June 26, 2023, and I have not received my plates yet. They have not sent out a check to buy out my previous auto loan, so now it looks like I have two auto loans to pay back, I am now driving with an expired temporary license plate that expired May 14, 2023. I HAVE BEEN CALLING NON STOP TO TRY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. I do not live close to this dealership and its pretty far out of my way, however my husband went there to see what's going on and are using every excuse in the book as to why every issue I'm having is delayed. "The loan hasn't been paid off because FedEx lost the check in the mail to pay off the loan... .... they lost it TWICE... that's pretty bizarre. and a load of xxxxxxxx... As for my plates,... NO ONE has a clue whether if I should pick it up or have them mail it to me. I am about to sue if things do not get resolved in the next week or two. I have never had this experience before in any dealership. I am so stressed out with this and this is NOT worth the stress. And who is most full of xxxx here in this company is Eli. He is the one who sold me the car and acts like he is there to help me through these problems I'm having but doesn't really give a xxxx because nothing has been done about it even though he said he is working on it.... it's been 2 and a half months !!! This company is full of xxxx. Just overall, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! More
