BUYER BEWARE!!! THESE GUYS ARE CON ARTISTS!!! It should be called SCAM WAY TOYOTA because THEY HAVE MORE SCAMS THAN CARS!!! I should have walked away, but really needed a car for work and fell for one or be called SCAM WAY TOYOTA because THEY HAVE MORE SCAMS THAN CARS!!! Scam #1: The Sales Manager, Jason Lee does a lot of mansplaining and tells you how he loves Cargurus and other discount sites and because you've done your research, you should know he has no room on his price. This is 100% FALSE! What's worse, if you're a woman, he doesn't take you seriously. Scam #2: Irma Taveras, the BDC manager, called me an hour before I was supposed to pick up my car and told me there was another buyer and that she needed a deposit to hold it. This is 100% FAKE and is a classic dealer scam. I refused the deposit and miraculously, my car was still available. Scam #3 (the icing on the cake): Irma also badgered me to fill out a pre approval for credit, but she refused to give me an interest rate over the phone even though I have good credit. Without any advance notice or thorough explanation, Jenny Carillo, the finance manager, handed me a loan contract with 5% interest rate and 72 months from Toyota. I told her I had been pre approved for 2.5% from my own bank, but she didn't explain why she was giving me a higher rate and refused to give me a better one. I should have used my own financing, but that would have taken a couple days and I really needed a car for work. I was reluctant, but Jenny told me repeatedly that I could the Toyota Financial Contract and then could pay it off using my pre approval later as a new car loan. She assured me repeatedly that my new loan would be a new car loan and NOT a refi. That was 100% LIE. When I went to do it with my bank they told me it was a refi. This is 100% FINANCE MARKUP SCAM and I fell for it. The higher refi rate is going to cost me close to $1,000 and meanwhile they pocket whatever fees they got for the SHADY loan they gave me. I've reached out several times to the sales managers, Jason Lee and Bob Winograd, but they refuse to help me. They took advantage of me because I'm a senior citizen and a female. SHAMEFUL. I don't understand how they get all these positive reviews on Google. It's probably another scam which I fell for. I should have listened to all the bad reviews on Yelp. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY!!! Take your hard earned dollars to a dealership that treats you like a HUMAN!!! More

Service Department did a great job, as always, on the scheduled maintenance for my CH-R, even though it was an included 24 month service and I didn't pay a dime for it.
