Oil Change - Terrible experiences, always a long wait. When I purchased my 2013 GMC Terrain, part of what I purchased was lifetime oil changes for my vehicle... While I really like the service adviser Linda, every single time I go to Parkway GMC for an oil change it is an hours long process... I always make an appointment, usually for Saturday morning, and I always wait for at least 2 hours or more... I went there the other week and it took approximately 4 hours... So, decide for yourself... But unless you don't mind waiting for hours or leaving your vehicle I do not recommend getting any kind of service done at Parkway GMC. More

When my car was returned I had 50 additional miles, needed gas and my truck was in shambles. I now have another appointment with another dealer hoping to get my original issues resolved. I am not sure if I will go back to Parkway. The service advisor was very nice the Service Manager level of concern was absent. More

My perfect credit score got ruined because of them. I leased a Escalade from them and they made a mistake on the paper work damaging my credit score. I try to contact them several times but never got a phone back. I'm very disappointed! They just want you to buy and then they disappear. Not professional at all. My new car came with a lot of scratches that they just try to cover it up with paint and it came of a couple of days after. THEY ARE CHEATERS!!!!! More

Recently, the security alarm would activate for no reason and the door locks would activate while we were driving the car. We dropped our car at Parkway rented a car to drive while ours was being checked-out. The service salesperson called and said that the battery was weak ($150)and that the BCM (Body Control Module) would need to be replaced ($1500.) My son had told me that sometimes when the battery is starting to fail, the electronic devices in some of the newer cars will start to act-up. I authorized the service salesperson to replace the old battery. He seemed quite put-out that I didn't choose to authorize change-out of the BCM. Since we received the car back with the new battery, we have had no recurrence of the alarm or door locks acting up. This repair trip could have cost us 1500 dollars that we would not have had to spend if the service folks had taken the time to properly diagnose the problem. For the most part, we have had good service from this dealership, and the service folks are courteous and usually good at meeting our needs. This incident and the possibility of having to spend extra for an unnecessary repair has made me consider whether taking my cars here for service is the best thing for my car. More

I was hustled into buying an "excess mileage/excess wear and tear" agreement but Parkway's leasing company refused to accept it and is now demanding $4,000.** In October 2012, my wife and I leased two new Cadillacs from Parkway Motors with sales price totaling $85k. The leases were through Ally Financial, the leasing arm of GM. As part of the deal, Parkway's sales people marketed a $5,000 "excess mileage/wear and tear" agreement that supposedly covers both "excess mileage" and "excess wear and tear" up to $5,000. We asked everyone at the dealership to confirm that this plan did, in fact cover excess mileage as well as wear and tear. We relied upon these representations in order to determine the affordability of the vehicles and we declined advance purchase of miles at a reduced rate since $5,000 would cover any overages. The applicability of this $5,000 waiver to both "excess wear and tear" and mileage was confirmed to us orally by several Parkway employees as well as on a written form that we were given, which specifically reads: "excess wear and tear miles up to $5,000" (lease 1) and "Excess wear and tear excess miles up to $5000" (lease 2). Parkway and I both signed this form, with respect to both leases. **I actually posted photos of these two agreements but it appears that the Parkway complained to Yelp and got them removed.** Our leases ended in January 2016. We returned both vehicles with mileage overages but no excess "wear and tear." We have now received bills from Ally for excessive mileage totaling nearly $4,000. I sent letters to Ally and to Parkway and, in response, I have gotten nothing more than new invoices and relentless collections calls. Ally now claims that the agreement contains a $200 limitation on excess mileage. I do not have a contract showing that and we never would have leased the cars with that limitation. The only paperwork that I have is a document from the dealership reading: "excess wear and tear/mileage $5,000," a copy of which I have provided to both Ally and the dealership. Neither Parkway nor Ally has been able to provide a copy of any document showing this purported $200 limitation, let alone one that I signed. More

I was immediately put at ease by the manner with which I was greeted by the Service Advisor (Hollie) . While there was a slight delay in acquiring the necessary parts to make the complete repair, she stayed in contact with me and kept me up to date with the status of the job. This included a loaner vehicle which allowed me to continue to stay on schedule with my work with the least amount of inconvenience. It was extremely gratifying to work with a company that has such comprehension of what "customer service" actually is. More
