They do NOT complete services they charged for! Be careful if you take your vehicle to get serviced here. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My husband marked tires because he wanted to make sure they were rotated. 2 1/2 hrs later, they said my car was done and paid for the service. We checked the car and tires had NOT been rotated but we were charged. The technician that worked on our car noticed that we found out the service was not completed, he came up to us and said he did not rotate tires cause our car needed new ones, yet we were charged for it. We asked to speak with a manager and they refused and gave us credit for what we had paid. Our "service" was free.. Now we wonder if the other times we've taken the car there if anything has ever been done on it. We did not need to get credit, we just wanted some explanation as to why this was being done or NOT being done.. I will not be going back here again. How can I ever trust them with my vehicle? More

Oil Change - Terrible experiences, always a long wait. When I purchased my 2013 GMC Terrain, part of what I purchased was lifetime oil changes for my vehicle... Well, I'm sorry that I purchased that servic When I purchased my 2013 GMC Terrain, part of what I purchased was lifetime oil changes for my vehicle... Well, I'm sorry that I purchased that service... While I really like the service adviser Linda, every single time I go to Parkway GMC for an oil change it is an hours long process... I always make an appointment, usually for Saturday morning, and I always wait for at least 2 hours or more... I went there the other week and it took approximately 4 hours... So, decide for yourself... But unless you don't mind waiting for hours or leaving your vehicle I do not recommend getting any kind of service done at Parkway GMC. More

Disappointed last Service Visit I recently visited on June 13 with two issues. Neither issue was resolved. I was told to come back if issue gets worse. When my car was returned I had 50 additional miles, needed gas and my truck was in shambles. I now have another appointment with another dealer hoping to get my original issues resolved. I am not sure if I will go back to Parkway. The service advisor was very nice the Service Manager level of concern was absent. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!THEY ARE CHEATERS!!!!! My perfect credit score got ruined because of them. I leased a Escalade from them and they made a mistake on the paper work damaging my credit score.
