New Truck Experience Purchased our new truck on 08/25/17. After 6 days the infotainment screen would go out intermitently. Took into the service department on day 12 to ge Purchased our new truck on 08/25/17. After 6 days the infotainment screen would go out intermitently. Took into the service department on day 12 to get it fixed. At this point it has been sitting in their service department for two full days of which no one of the days no one even touched it supposedly waiting for a call from tech support to fix it. Seems they should have someone available in their service department that can handle the repair. At this point I have nothing positive to say about the dealership let alone their service department. At this point we're looking into the possibility we may have to excercise our rights under the Song Beverly Act if this continues. More

Quick, no hassle, and Excellent buying experience! I went in and took a look around, I was not pressured in any way to purchase. Once I like a vehicle they did not have AWD in stock. They do NOT complete services they charged for! Be careful if you take your vehicle to get serviced here. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My husband marked tires because he wanted t Be careful if you take your vehicle to get serviced here. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My husband marked tires because he wanted to make sure they were rotated. 2 1/2 hrs later, they said my car was done and paid for the service. We checked the car and tires had NOT been rotated but we were charged. The technician that worked on our car noticed that we found out the service was not completed, he came up to us and said he did not rotate tires cause our car needed new ones, yet we were charged for it. We asked to speak with a manager and they refused and gave us credit for what we had paid. Our "service" was free.. Now we wonder if the other times we've taken the car there if anything has ever been done on it. We did not need to get credit, we just wanted some explanation as to why this was being done or NOT being done.. I will not be going back here again. How can I ever trust them with my vehicle? More
