She sees me and I can tell she is already pissed off and I hadn't said a word yet. She ARGUED with me about synthetic or conventional oil. I wanted synthetic and she wasn't sure if my vehicle took it, so instead of looking it up herself, she argued with me about it. And she is not new. So it was already a confrontation with that. Next was wait time. I said I will come back when it was done and she said ok so close of business. Lol! And I was there at like 9 am. She refused to give me a estimate of how long it would take. She was just a angry little receptionist. Made me want to leave immediately. More

bought a lemon and no recourse I bought a used truck here and i hadn't driven it 300 miles when it just shut out on me. I drove 4 hours just to purchase from Parks because I was so impressed with how helpful and upfront the entire sales process was over the phone. I was even surprised to be given a $500 dollar discount beyond what we had negotiated for and also given a 1% lower APR than I was expecting. They definitely under promise and over deliver. Everyone from Andrea the sales rep, Scott the finance manager, and even Louis the general manager made you feel like you are family. Price alone led me to Parks, but after dealing with them, I know I will go to them in the future regardless of price. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!! More
