Ann's Barcelona Red 2020 LE Corolla I first spoke to Bruce Habiar on the phone. I told him I love red cars. Bruce said he had a 2020 Corolla. Now in the office we sat and talked he mad I first spoke to Bruce Habiar on the phone. I told him I love red cars. Bruce said he had a 2020 Corolla. Now in the office we sat and talked he made me an offer, I said OK. I sat with RJ he gave me the facts the payments were a little high for me he worked a deal that was affordable for me. I was really pleased when I left the building. All the employee's were very approachable I really enjoyed giving my money for this car. More

Finance Department Shenanigans The Good: The Product is a Toyota and the service center as a group has been great and accommodating. Helped me address a concern not even related to the service center. The sales people friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Billy GoGo, 5 Stars. I ran into Billy at a gas station a few months later and he remembered me and even asked me about the vehicle. The Finance center Tracy, 5 Stars for being able to explain to me the final breakdown of all my costs and where the money went. The Bad: Let the buyer beware applies to this dealerships finance department. Maybe not all of them operate like this but here is my experience. I agreed to a purchase price and paid a down payment. I had a contract worked up for my loan. Everything seemed good. They needed to do a locate on my vehicle so I had to comeback a few days later. Locate complete paid the rest of my down payment signed a bunch of paperwork for the loan just like the day before. All the numbers were the same after adding warranties , maintenance plans etc. Round 3 of the final (I mean it this time) paper work for loan and All the numbers had slid from Months financed of loan to the interest rates, taxes etc.. I had been signing papers all day and they were rushed buy me like a little shell game. "You have seen this paper work already just need to sign". I got took and didn't notice. That's my fault, shame on me. One day I hope these shenanigans can end. Tracy advised me and broke down what the final paperwork was. It Was different from the 2 other copies I had received, Signed and had printed before. But the 3rd one sure enough was what they had at the dealer. So I appreciate her walking me through it. I know this had nothing to do with Her. I really wish I remembered that finance guys name. So I could warn all of you about him. 1 Star ***Update Alex Martinez was the finance person I worked with.*** I hope this helps someone else. Be super careful working with them. More
BEWARE! Find a different dealer! To start, it was like pulling teeth just to get a decent deal. The first quote took nothing off and they acted like it was the best deal of the decade. They didn't even want to pay "rough" trade in value on my Toyota, even being a Toyota dealer, and it had to have both keys, new tires and no cracks or chips in windshield. I even made sure it had a freash oil change and new spark plugs. When I received the challenger I bought from them, the tires were bald, it only had one key (lied and said it was never turned in but really an employee stole it when I confronted them after speaking with previous owner) it had a crack in the windshield AND it already needed an oil change and break pads. All of which are 10x more expensive than it would be on the Carolla I gave them. Paid $200 for delivery and that was just paying someone to put miles and ware and tear on it. I was very excited about finally working hard enough to get my dream car and they ruined it. All around bad experience and I hope no one else gets taken advantage of like I was. More

Terrible terrible terrible Manager's, They offered me a vehicle for a certain price and I signed on that price. I even told my sales person that I will take it. Then another manager comes back and tells me vehicle for a certain price and I signed on that price. I even told my sales person that I will take it. Then another manager comes back and tells me that it will cost me another $2k. All of the managers are all idiots and like lying their xxxxx off! Here are the name of the liars Johnny Antonie, Tom Scheffer, And Scott Labuff is the biggest one of all. People need to be careful when buying from Park Toyota of DeLand they are worst Toyota Dealer I have ever been to. More
