I took my truck for service yest. (Basic oil change package which includes tire rotation) After taking it home I noticed the steering wheel was over an inch off. And if I tried to straighten it it woul package which includes tire rotation) After taking it home I noticed the steering wheel was over an inch off. And if I tried to straighten it it would steer off the road. It also had a terrible shimmy to the point where I can't drive it safely. I called to have the issue resolved and was told it was probably a tire that wasn't balanced. And it would cost almost $200.00 to have a balance and alignment. My truck had no issues before going in. I was told to bring it to the place I got tires at, that they probably had a warranty. Only problem.... They were put on out of state. I requested them to fix the issue as I have a 950mile drive 2 days later. They said they couldn't even get me in until next week. I can not recommend them, I will not use them in the future. More
