I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in for service and left with a '13 Santa Fe! It was one of the easiest buying experiences I've had, and I've had more than a "few". Steven Smith was very helpful throughout the whole experience and the car was exactly what I had hoped it would be. The product is fabulous, the dealership and Bobby in Finance were both exceptional, and Steven was never once pushy or phony. He's been thorough in his follow-up--even though I have had NO complaints--and really listens. I would recommend Gainesville Lincoln/For and Hyundai for your auto purchase. More
After Duval Mazda closed down, I went to Ford to get my oil changed in my Mazda3 every 3-5k miles. It's always been expensive for an oil change because it's a dealership, but the last time I went in there oil changed in my Mazda3 every 3-5k miles. It's always been expensive for an oil change because it's a dealership, but the last time I went in there for a oil change appt, Justin informed me that I had a nail in my tire and told me it'd be $49 to patch. I usually got my tire patched for free where I'm originally from so I didn't know how much it is to get it patched normal now that I live in Gainesville. Well, I found out $49 is NOT normal. I was so disappointed to find out I could go to Discount Tire and get it patched for free ANYTIME I want! Even the places I could go and pay would be MAYBE $15. Don't try to convince me that they are the only ones that can do a quality job on PATCHING A TIRE! $50 is a LOT OF MONEY! After finding this out, I will never be going back here for an oil change again, which I already knew was pricey to begin with. Ford has forever lost my business and I will let everyone hear about it this $50 tire patch. More

They performed a 'complete multipoint inspection' ($500 : parts $222, labor $278), during which they did the following: replace a 'leaking valve cover gasket - valve rocker arm cove' ($176.80 : parts $65, labor $109) and then replaced something called an 'idle air sensor - O2 sensor and idle air control valve' ($612.09: parts $399 , labor $213) I was charged a total of $1373.42 The labor charges were $600.95 Since then I've had some slight starter problems, but that could be something different. I've been a customer of Ford Lincoln Mercury Hyundai of Gainesville for around 5 years. I have always received the best customer care possible. When I call for an appointment, anyone of the above mentione Gainesville for around 5 years. I have always received the best customer care possible. When I call for an appointment, anyone of the above mentioned representatives treat me with respect and kindness. I highly recommend this dealership and their customer care and service. In my experience, FLMH of G'ville go out of their way to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. I've tried independent repair shops, but I always come back to the dealership; I can count on the work being done correctly and not patched-up. If for some reason, which happens rarely, that something still isn't working properly, they make sure it is fixed to my satisfaction, and it is done with a helpful attitude. While I always grumble about the price of the repairs, I leave knowing the job was done properly. Because I am treated with such kindness and respect, I return to this dealership and highly recommend it to others. They really are a great team! Addendum: I forgot to mention Louie, he's the shuttle driver. He is such a nice man. Always helpful, friendly and curtious. He makes the trip back to work, from the garage, a pleasant experience. I've only recently had any interation with Allen. He always has a warm and friendly smile, but I can't write much about him, yet, as I really don't know him. More

Parts and Service "manager" Roy Hammond refused responsibility and sent me away after yelling in my face in front of other customers. This is the second time Roy has yelled at me in front of customers. Attempted to get issue resolved with General "manager" John Lanza and was told that my business was not wanted due to me having continuous problems there. I previously had a vehicle that was never able to be fixed by them. It was a Tiburon that had steering issues. The issues were acknowledged for over 2 years by their in-house Hyundai warranty tech and attempts were made unsuccessfully at handling them. The service technicians and service personnel staff (Bill Stouffer and Eric Duke) did a fine job of providing customer service and were always friendly and courteous to me and the issue is NOT with them. I have been extremely inconvenienced because of the "management" at this dealership. The way they "handled" this issue was completely unacceptable. I now have to travel out of town to get my car serviced. If you must do business with this dealership I would suggest staying as far away from Roy Hammond as possible for a better experience. I would also suggest that customers be careful not to bring up a problem they experience when going to this dealership. You may just be screamed at in front of other customers and told to leave and never come back after they have done irreversible damage to your car. I was interested to find out from other people that they have had similar problems with Roy. The ironic thing about how I found this site: The Gville auto facebook page - they have a quote from Henry Ford posted and reviews that link here - "It is not the employer who pays the wages. Employers only handle the money. It is the customer who pays the wages -Henry Ford- We at Ford Lincoln Mercury Hyundai of Gainesville thank you for your business and your loyalty." I was a customer there for 4 years and it seems that the ideology of Henry Ford has been overlooked. More
