Communication from the service department was HORRIBLE! My vehicle sat on their lot for a full week before the diagnostic was complete. I called several times, left messages and didn’t receive a call back. I called and spoke with the service manager on one occasion and still didn’t get an update on my vehicle. At the 7 day mark I visited the dealer to get an update and was told it would be 2 more days until the diagnostic was complete. When I finally got a quote for the service they included a quote for a new battery for over $400! A battery that I purchased and had installed after for $150……. If it were not for the fact that there were no other dealers within a reasonable distance (vehicle had to be towed) I would not have had the service completed here. In addition, we are in the market for a new vehicle and while wondering around the showroom floor waiting on the service department we were never greeted or approached by a sales person…. They were there, just pre occupied playing on their phones sitting in the showroom…. Great job guys, we will drive to Jacksonville and visit Jenkins Hyundai in the near future, where they at least acknowledge the existence of people on their lot. More

I only went to the service department and was quoted one price, paid up front to order the part when I went to have the work done was charged an additional $300 I knew nothing about. A key fob should not be $800 I doubt they even cut the key blade. I’ll have to check but I bet they’d want $$$$ to do that. If my Lincoln needs work I won’t be taking it there. More

Luciano lied , told me none of my work was covered under warranty, that was a huge lie he never even attempted . Thankfully Alejandro took over and submitted the work it was covered.
