The reason for my ratings are because the two above employees lied about the truck I bought being checked out before I purchased. Especially Alan Fryman who said the truck was checked out by their dies employees lied about the truck I bought being checked out before I purchased. Especially Alan Fryman who said the truck was checked out by their diesel mechanic. I will not recommend this car agency to anyone and will discourage anyone wanting to buy from you. More

I had contacted dealerships in Lake City, where I work, however I was getting no where with them!! I had contacted this dealership on a whim because of an email and I am beyond happy I did!! I came in to the Ford dealership one night just "to look" not knowing whether I was ready to turn in my 2008 Escape that I loved. But after speaking with Steven Smith, he showed me all of the new specs on the 2013 Escape. He also worked with me to help me decide whether financing or leasing was a better option for me. In the long run, I decided to lease for 3 years. I love the new 2013 Escape. My experience at Ford was great. I have bought more than 10 Fords in my lifetime and Steven has far surpassed most of the "car salespeople" I have worked with in the past. He just doesn't look at it as "selling" you a car. He honestly wants to earn your business by offering you a friendly approach, information about the vehicle and top notch customer service. Wow....it is hard to believe...great customer service at a car dealership! Times really are changing! In three years, Ill be back to trade in my car and I hope Steven is still there to assist me! More
