I went car shopping one rainy day looking for a Jeep Wrangler. Long story short, As I made my way down S Main St Gainesville car dealers, I stopped at Ford. I was on my motorcyle. A salesman greeted me, I wasn't particularly approachable :-) Just Looking!!! The salesman spent time listening to me. He made several really good suggestions, had I considered a lease. The lease deals were awesome. But then, he mentioned a vehicle I'd considered earlier this year; just didn't want a big monthly payment. I drove out with an excellent condition Nissan Rogue which i LOVE. The monthly payments are within my budget and I have a 4 year old, 50K + vehicle (after a lifetime of driving much older higher mileage vehicles. I'm thrilled. They promised a full tank of gass and detail at a later date; that way i could drive home that night (and abandoned my bike! LOL). Time flew, I had a surgery, and at some point, thought, Yikes It's Been Over a Month. I called, they said Come On in!!!! and took excellent care of me. I had no appointment. And they kept checking on me in the waiting area to make sure I was comfortable. The car looked newer than new when done. Everything was opened up, even the gas cap. I'm like?????? why??? The supervisor comes out to review every nook and cranny, to make sure its spotless. It was! The gent who helped me with financing was great, not pushy. And Sales Associate Steven Smith has been terrifc. The followup has been unparalleled. More

While other dealers in my local area were selling the Ford Edge Sport at MSRP unabashedly, Sebastian gave me the best price I was ever presented, without so much as a haggle. I drove from two hours away to purchase my vehicle, and it was the best two hours I've ever spent. Even though it was late, Sebastian, his manager, and his finance crew stayed well past 8PM to ensure I was able to drive home with my new car. After Duval Mazda closed down, I went to Ford to get my oil changed in my Mazda3 every 3-5k miles. It's always been expensive for an oil change because it's a dealership, but the last time I went in there oil changed in my Mazda3 every 3-5k miles. It's always been expensive for an oil change because it's a dealership, but the last time I went in there for a oil change appt, Justin informed me that I had a nail in my tire and told me it'd be $49 to patch. I usually got my tire patched for free where I'm originally from so I didn't know how much it is to get it patched normal now that I live in Gainesville. Well, I found out $49 is NOT normal. I was so disappointed to find out I could go to Discount Tire and get it patched for free ANYTIME I want! Even the places I could go and pay would be MAYBE $15. Don't try to convince me that they are the only ones that can do a quality job on PATCHING A TIRE! $50 is a LOT OF MONEY! After finding this out, I will never be going back here for an oil change again, which I already knew was pricey to begin with. Ford has forever lost my business and I will let everyone hear about it this $50 tire patch. More
