Unhappy service experience Moved here from California with our Ford Flex. Information on dashboard was flashing...."Service Tire Mobility Kit". The Tire Mobility Kit is a unit Moved here from California with our Ford Flex. Information on dashboard was flashing...."Service Tire Mobility Kit". The Tire Mobility Kit is a unit that is an air pump and a special can of "flat fix" for a tire problem, as there is no spare in our Flex equipped with a trailer hitch. My wife stopped in to get the dashboard information info reset and have the Tire Service Mobility Kit Serviced. "Service" consists of replacing the canister of 'flat fix" that is part of the unit. They told her it would cost $325 to service the Tire Service Mobility Kit and an additional $90 to reset the dashboard information panel. So, they wanted to charge her $415 to replace a canister of flat fix and push a few reset buttons on the dashboard. I called the dealer I bought the car from in California and they told me how to reset the dashboard information. It took me less than 30 seconds to reset it. More

A man who cannot keep his words I had really bad experience with this dealership and especially their service manager Richard Clay. Earlier this dealership painted my hood and trunk I had really bad experience with this dealership and especially their service manager Richard Clay. Earlier this dealership painted my hood and trunk and during that service something happened to my bumpers as well. Richard promised to cover 50% of expenses of painting of the bumpers. I wanted to hear another opinion from another body shop and when I did that, Richard told me that he is not anymore willing to pay any of the expenses. He could not keep his word. This dealership lost my customership. I even asked a quote for 2015 Mustang last weekend from them, but after this incident, I will give my customership to someone else. I am not even sure anymore do I want to get another Ford, because I do not have reputable Ford service close by. More
