Thankfully, I had proof and they eventually honored the original rate. After delivery, I realized the front emblem was missing. Instead of simply checking security footage from the specific time of pickup, the General Manager refused and only offered to cover half the cost of replacement. When I suggested paying for an hour of labor for them to review the footage, they declined and said that was their final offer. Lesson learned: save all quotes, receipts, and take pictures/videos at delivery—you’ll need them to protect yourself. More
