While my salesperson was helpful, I cannot recommend Parker Toyota after my experience with management. I traveled far to pick up my vehicle with aftermarket parts installed, only to find the finance manager tried to charge me more than what I was quoted. Thankfully, I had proof and they eventually honored the original rate. After delivery, I realized the front emblem was missing. Instead of simply checking security footage from the specific time of pickup, the General Manager refused and only offered to cover half the cost of replacement. When I suggested paying for an hour of labor for them to review the footage, they declined and said that was their final offer. Lesson learned: save all quotes, receipts, and take pictures/videos at delivery—you’ll need them to protect yourself.
Recently, I encountered an unexpected issue with my car that led me to start exploring options for a new vehicle. After doing some research, I came across Parker Auto Credit, a division of a larger dealership that also offers brand-new vehicles. Unsure of what to expect—since this was my first time purchasing a car from a reputable dealership—I walked in with a bit of hesitation. That quickly changed when I was greeted by Brant, a young professional who immediately made me feel welcome. He took the time to sit down with me and clearly walk through each step of the process, breaking everything down in a way that was easy to understand and incredibly helpful. What stood out most was how effortlessly Brant managed my situation. He handled everything with the confidence and expertise of someone with years of experience, even though he’s only been with the company for about 10 months. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Brant, I was able to secure a new vehicle with ease—and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Huge thanks to both Brant and the entire Parker Auto Credit team for delivering top-tier service. You truly made a lasting impression, and I wish you all continued success in the future!
This is my 4th car transaction with Parker Toyota and they are hands down the best dealership I have ever worked with. From their sales team, to their managers, to their financing, to the service department, the customer service experience is phenomenal. They have always remembered the details of what’s important to me (safety) in a vehicle and have exceeded my expectations every time.
