I bought a 2009 jetta today and my experience was over the top! I had just come from another dealership where the staff was rude. Buying a pre-owned Acura TL at McDavid Acura in Plano was a huge breath of fresh air, after frustrating and downright disgusting experiences at other car dealerships. When some minor issues were found with the car, I could tell he was genuinely surprised and embarrassed that the problems had gotten through the certification process undetected. He worked with service and also contacted an outside company to make it right, and now I'm really enjoying my CPO Acura TL. More

We're buying an Acura for the first time. We found a car online, went to the dealership. Tim Sechrest helped us out, his demeanor is very business-like and professional. We generally dislike overtly friendly salesmen as they detract from the business and in the end, it becomes a chore to come to terms on a price. We really liked Tim's nature of doing business. After the test drive, we put down an offer which was immediately accepted (we did not attempt any lowballing, we fairly judged the value and gave an offer), the paperwork was easy. The car still had to go through the certification process and was ready only a couple of days after we signed the paperwork, yet the dealership completed everything and we picked it up without any complaints. All in all, a very good experience with David McDavid Acura of Plano and we will surely recommend Tim to people interested in buying an Acura. More
All I can say is WOW!!. This dealership knows how to deliver customer service. I wanted to share a great experience that I had at this dealership this past weekend. My 2006 Acura TL was due for a routine maintenance. The mechanic identified that the front and the side engine mount we dealership this past weekend. My 2006 Acura TL was due for a routine maintenance. The mechanic identified that the front and the side engine mount were cracked and needed to be replaced. The cost of replacing the mounts was an additional $500. As always I asked if this was covered under any sort of manufacturer's warranty. Tony looked at car purchase date, checked on the warranty and informed me that this would be covered under the 6 yr/70K power train warranty which would expire two months down the line.
