I have a 2004 Acura MDX, which was due for a replacement of timing belt and other maintenance. I called Tony Fontana, my service advisor. Around 4:00 PM, Tony called me with the information that the repairs were completed. At that time I asked Tony if I could see the timing belt that was replaced. I wanted to see this part because I had heard about, but I have never seen it before. Tony said that he will be happy to keep all the replaced parts in a box on his desk for me to see. I have to say that I am very pleased with the whole experience at the Acura dealership. I was provided with a free car rental for the day, which was very helpful. The work was completed on time and for a reasonable price. The service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer fully every question that I had.
