On Friday the 13th of 2012, I decided to trade in my 350Z Convertible and purchase an Acura. I started my journey at Car Max in Plano, NOT recommended! After leaving, feeling like I needed a shower, I decided to drive over to David McDavid. I met John Vakili and shared with him what I wanted for my trade, the type of Acura I was looking for, and he, with the director of pre-sales, went to work. In 5 minutes, they found a 2010 Acura TL, with low mileage, in my price range. I test drove the car, worked with the team to agree on a price, and was done in 45 minutes. It was the perfect car buying experience. I came back the next morning, sat down with Jiles to do the financing, and again, I was in and out in an hour with a contract that I was pleased with, but not before John spent 30 minutes, sitting in my car, going over each of the technologies that were in the TL and how to use them. I am a huge fan of David McDavid Acura in Plano and they not only have a customer for life, I will recommend people to them without hesitation. Thanks Guys! More

I walked in initially looking to buy a new ILX car and was greeted immediatley. I left that day after i got the information i needed on the different vehicles. I am very happy with the car and the service i recieved from Dan Ulmer who kept me laughing the entire time.The service from the other employees in the dealership was fantastic as well. Dan took as much time as I needed to make sure I knew everything that I needed to know about operating the car after I had purchased the car. He also did a phenomenal job calling several times, the weeks following my purchase, to make sure everything was running smoothly for me and so that he could answer any questions that I might have had for him. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from David McDavid Acura - no doubt! Thank you all for making my purchase experience exceptional! More

Tony came over at 8:30pm when the dealership was closing up and was more than willing to help me - even let me take it on a s what I was looking for. He drew up lease pricing, answered questions about the warranty, and went above and beyond to look for the exterior/interior color combo I was looking for. When I came back this morning he was very friendly, took me through every detail on the car, made sure it was immaculate before I drove it off the lot, and even came to pick me up at Carmax where I sold my previous car. Great dealership - very straightforward - and I highly recommend speaking to Tony if you visit. Very happy customer and LOVE my new car!!! More

My service Advisor was great, absolutely no issue's with him at all. He was quick and efficient as well as very informative. However, I noticed after getting home, that my beige interior of my Acura TL 2012 him at all. He was quick and efficient as well as very informative. However, I noticed after getting home, that my beige interior of my Acura TL 2012 was blackened from the Technician, I am assuming. The driver side door was disgusting. It had thick black smudges/almost like the arm rest was tinted in black something. I did not notice when I picked it up and I am assuming that is because it was 6:00pm and I was just ready to get home. I This is not my first time experiencing my vehicle this way when I picked it up. The first visit I had (I have only been twice) was the same situation, I did notice that right away. They did fix the problem and clean my car interior after we called and complained about it. This time, I just am going to clean it myself because I do not feel like dealing with the hassle. I do not understand why anyone would think it is acceptable to give a client back their vehicle in this kind of condition. This is exactly why Technician's get the reputation that they get. One person that doesn't respect a customers property, gives the rest of the dealership a bad name. I would expect to pick up my vehicle in the same condition, if not better, than when dropped off. Never worse. It is very saddening because this is my second purchase with David McDavid and I have higher expectations than what they are providing. Again, no issue's with my service advisor or any other personnel except the person who got my car dirty and nasty, and didn't bother to clean it. More
I purchased my car brand new from David McDavid Acura of Plano six years ago and have utilized the service center the entire time. The service is superior and I would not go anywhere else. He is always very friendly and willing to explain any issues that arise with my car and answer any and all questions I might have in order to make sure I am comfortable with the recommended service for my car. It is obvious that Nathan is very knowledgable about cars and he is able to explain the mechanics of my car to me so that I can understand them (not always an easy task). The service performed on my car is superior and keeps my car running great after six years. I would recommend the service center and Nathan as a service adviser to anyone. More
