We went up to the David McDavid Acura dealership to look at teh 2012 Acura TL and RDX. we have a 12 year old Acura TL that we had bought there new and we have purchased Honda Pilot from the David McDavid F at teh 2012 Acura TL and RDX. we have a 12 year old Acura TL that we had bought there new and we have purchased Honda Pilot from the David McDavid Frisco Honda dealer. Tony came up and asked to help us he was friendly but never pushy and we had just come to drive the cars and then go home and think about it, before you know it we were picking one out and signing on the dotted line. Tony was so nice and easy to work with. Charlie was nice too and Salim was so fun and yet very business like, a great guy he explained everything so very clearly and thoroughly. They all made that horribly long process seem shorter. Actually our Honda Pilot purchase in 08 took longer so Acura is faster :). We loved our 2000 Acura and we will love this one also. More

In just that hour, Denis treated me like a friend he'd known forever - as opposed to a WOMAN who needed her HUSBAND present to even be considered as a customer- he answered all of my questions, offered more information on the car, let me test drive the car and made me realize this was the place I needed to buy a car from. Customer service was above and beyond what I had expected. I love my car and David McDavid Acura now has a return customer. I can't imagine going anywhere else after this GREAT experience! More

I had a very pleasant and positive experience at David McDavid in Plano, TX in trading my vehicle and purchasing a pre-owned certified Acura. Muffy was wonderful during the entire process and he treated McDavid in Plano, TX in trading my vehicle and purchasing a pre-owned certified Acura. Muffy was wonderful during the entire process and he treated me with respect even before I came to the dealership. Muffy returned my calls and he provided me the information I requested, but did not pressure me in the least. He also accommodated my schedule and greeted me at the dealership when I arrived. I received a good trade-in value for my old (192,000 miles)vehicle from one of the managers, Sam, which was appreciated very much. I believe I received a good price for the Acura MDX which I purchased, and the vehicle presented very well. All my questions were answered before and after the test drive. The negotiations to purchase the Acura were direct and were not overly time consuming. The financing went very well and I received very good service from Giles in arranging the loan. After the purchase was completed, I was connected to the service department to add an after market item. I was given a quote from Sami for the item to be installed and advised the parts were in stock. The work was performed the next day (Saturday) which was very helpful for me and my work schedule. Overall, I had a very positive overall experience at David McDavid Acura of Plano, TX. I appreciated the kindness I received as well as the respect from every person I encountered. I am very happy with my new 2009 Acura MDX. I definately would recommend this dealership from every aspect of my experience. More
