After leaving the dealership we decided to negotiate a purchase for a low mileage TL. Communication was open with all parties back and forth by phone email and text due to my busy schedule. All this was taken in stride by Mr. Vester and our communication never dropped. Unfortunately we could not strike the final amount needed to close this deal, but I would definately recommend Tony Vester, and Sam in used car sales representing David McDavid Acura for any used car purchases for their great attention to detail and pursuit to give the customer what is ultimately wanted, a tremendous purchasing experience. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Everyone worked to make me feel comfortable and to achieve an agreed upon price. Very good experience. Enjoyed the fact my wife and I were able to look at the certified pre-owns for a few minutes before the salesman engaged. The only criticism I have is that the original offer for the trade-in was very low according to "black book" valuation online. The offer was upped, but not to ball park I thought it should be.
